Soooo… over the last month I’ve been taking a Blender class run by Stephen Burns.
An old friend, Wade mentioned Blender before, as did Dave. And I’m here to eat my hat. I was wrong. I had no idea how powerful and capable the software had become. BLENDER!!! Thank you both, and Chris Dawson. For pushing, kicking shoving me into that direction. Cause I know I am stubborn.
I just kicked out this render. I am overall pleased with how it turned out. it looks pretty decent. For the rest of my VFX pro friends, I know it’s nothing you couldn’t do in fifteen minutes. I free modeled everything, meaning no references to achieve glass shapes, except the bottle, which was based off a reference in class. Lol for me… This is a major milestone in the 3D world.
